4. Travel & Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for being on time at the pickup location.
Delays caused by the customer may result in extra charges.
The company is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Use of Vehicle
The vehicle must be used only for lawful purposes.
Smoking, alcohol consumption, or illegal activities inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
Any damage caused to the vehicle by the customer will be chargeable.
6. Driver & Safety
Our drivers are trained professionals; customers must treat them respectfully.
Drivers will follow traffic rules and safety guidelines at all times.
Seat belts must be used where applicable.
7. Liability
Shree Shyam Travels is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control.
We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings during travel.
8. Changes to Booking
Any changes to booking (date, time, route) must be requested in advance.
Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
